Salutation to the Sun

By Kyle Wilfer Aadhithya-hrudayam Punyam Sarva-Shathru Vinaa-shanam – Peace comes to those who keep the sun in their heart As the sun prepares to perish on this day, allow our souls to rest and come anew with the growing strength of the force that gives us life. As the trees, plants, and small insects are awaiting their waking from their deep slumber in the coming months, allow us human incarnations to take this time to reflect, love, and know that the life force in the world is slowly becoming stronger. Allow the source of all life be kept in our hearts, in our minds, and in our spirit. The oneness of all on this manifested plane is symbiotic with the sun's strength and life giving power – allow us to never forget this ultimate truth. As we come from the source and will die to the source, allow us to manifest the source in all we do.  Kyle's Bio: I am witnessing the promises and pitfalls of this incarnation and writing is the mechanism in which the witness can speak. The Stillness of Now

By Kyle Wilfer As a mountain manifests the silence between the words in an incarnation of grace and magnitude, the sheer chaos that pours out is met with a semblance of perfection. Just as our ego paints the canvas of the soul; a mountain invokes storms, houses wildfires, and harbors death and life. As yet another part of the sadhana arises at every moment, no goal but the power of now lingers in this heart. What shall manifest will be as is written.  Kyle's Bio: I am witnessing the promises and pitfalls of this incarnation and writing is the mechanism in which the witness can speak. Through my many travels I have come to some amazing realizations that have carried on to everyday life. Finding God in ...

Everlasting Sādhanā – On the Edge of Enlightenment

By Kyle Wilfer Obtaining enlightenment is not an object of desire, but it is simply a place in which you must stand on the edge of. On the edge of a cliff, the wind blowing, the sun shining, and into the abyss of a vast space. In this vast space there is everything that the eye can see, but at the same time there is nothing as the feeble mind cannot process the entirety of what is. Everything, but nothing. There is bliss, but angst as the ego mind wants to grasp the beauty and make it its own – to identify and objectify for its own selfish purposes. “ This beauty is mine,” it says as a dark cloud enters. “I want this beauty to last forever,”  it says as the beauty starts fading back. “ I need to grasp this feeling forever to be happy,” it says as the light becomes dim. From the stillness of your mind, the witness, the watcher of it all, remains unchanged. It is not identified by where the incarnation is on the path as it is always on the edge of this space.  The balance ...
